At the center of your fears,

lies the point of no return.

A point at which you pivot,

to face

everything you are.

There’s no running from our

reflections;

or trying to lose it

by going in different directions

because it’ll always,

ALWAYS,

know how to stop us in our tracks

by silently asking

the most in depth

questions.

How bad is it

that we’re too

afraid

to look ourselves

in the eyes?

Too afraid to

call ourselves out

on our

true lies.

Why, pretend?

Why, keep ourselves

hidden?

Why not,

see

who we truly are

and plunge

into the rabbit hole?

Are we

afraid it won’t

make sense,

from that point of view…

OR

are we

more scared that

it’ll show us

the nonsense

we’ve been

desperate

to pursue?

We’re so quick

to make sense out

of nonsense

that now

our actions have

become senseless,

since this…

relentless

need for vengeance

was woven into

the fabric

of

our persona…

Even though

Life

isn’t out to harm us

we’re

constantly defensive,

like

it’s gonna.

The true fight

is within ourselves;

not externally,

it’s a world

within us

from which we

thrust

distrusts

into

uncontrollably

uncomfortable

nonconformity.

Control is an

illusion;

the more one

strives for it

further are they sucked

into the void

of confusion…

We’re meant

to control nothing

fully,

not even our; self.

All we can do

is hope

to grow,

continue to pursue

freedom

to be

ourselves.

To be

free,

in all we feel and

think

so we can do

what we’re meant to.

Understand.

Self;

centered fear.
