Shadow boxing, kicks only. I realized my kicks are something I lack control with. I did twenty minutes of stretching and kick warm ups followed by four minutes straight of shadow kicking with the resistance bands. Then three minutes without the bands. It feels good, discovering more about myself that I was unaware of. Better understanding both strengths and weaknesses.
