The Hyde Effect is a very captivating graphic novel. The story unfolds in front of your eyes like you are watching it on the television and it keeps you engrossed from the very beginning till the very end. The book very brilliantly ties the present to the past making everything fictional come to life and fall into its intended place in its very finely woven plot line. The fast paced story get’s you emotionally involved and so eager to find out what happens next that it’s difficult to put the book down before you finish it and when you finish it you want to throw it at the author and ask him what happened next, for it ends right in the middle of the plot. Good thing Gustavo Lomas is already working on its sequel.
