So I originally posted this picture on Instagram this morning with this story:

At Starbucks before work wearing this, had a little kid staring at me for a while before I noticed. He’d look at me, then back at his mom and sister and then back at me like, “Yo…you see this?? The f@%k…mom, mom!!…

“…is that…Spiderman forget his mask…that why he needed coffee???

“Oh s#&t…he saw me…nobody look. Shhhhhh… Ohmuhgerd…so awkward.

“We don’t see you Spidey…promise.”

At least that’s what I think was going through his head hahaha. Could just be my exhaustion today.

And no, the shirt doesn’t add any kind of muscle, the curves are all me. πŸ™‚

But it occurred to me on my lunch that my original theory was in terms of the adult perspective. But as a kid, around five years old, how would that story go?

This is that perspective:

“…Spiderman. But…no mask?

“…maybe he lost it in a fight…

“Wait, are we safe? What if…we’re attacked right now…is he ready?

“…what if he asks for my help?

“Against…Venom and Rhino and Morbius…and, the the creepy ice cream man from our street…

“…He’s just sitting there…

“I don’t think he’s ready…

“Alright, mom…annoying big sister…Imma have to go handle some stuff.

“Hold my cookie, and my sippie cup.”

  1. “And no, the shirt doesn’t add any kind of muscle, the curves are all me.” show off!

Also, there is a good possibility the kid just thought “Nice T-shirt”. πŸ˜›

    1. Haha…I mean, I didn’t want anyone to think they were being lied to in the picture. Common courtesy really πŸ™‚ Haha.

And yeah, he could’ve thought that but…have you seen me in this shirt?! πŸ˜‰ If you had, you’d know he wasn’t just admiring the design.
